What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, including for EU customers. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content and services once you have accessed the service with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.
